Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales work of major customers (above one million) and channel customers, including the development and maintenance of target major customers and channel customers, and achieve the company's decomposed sales targets;
2. Regularly visit target major customers and other customers, fully understand customer needs and actively follow up, formulate reasonable plans, be responsible for plan presentations, negotiations, understand and track the work of relevant departments of the company, and ensure the effective implementation of sales product plans;
3. Maintain good business relationships with existing major customers, update company product information in a timely manner, and convey corporate and brand culture;
4. Establish key account files to ensure that all information is complete and accurate, and do a good job of dynamic management;
5. Submit various sales reports on time and comply with the company's various management systems;
6. Cooperate with various customer activities related to the key account department;
7. Responsible for the management and work guidance of the sales team of the key account manager to promote the achievement of performance goals;
job requirements:
1. College degree or above, more than 5 years of terminal sales experience and more than 3 years of team management experience;
2. Possess good sales skills and experience for key accounts and channel customers, and industry background in banks and securities companies is preferred;
3. Have successful program planning, project implementation and management experience, have channel expansion capabilities and negotiation skills;
4. Can independently contact and develop potential customer groups and complete fund-raising work.
